Halmahera University Conducts Benchmarking Activity at Undiknas
Denpasar — Halmahera University conducted a benchmarking activity for its Student Affairs & Alumni Unit (SALUT) with Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The activity took place in the Theater Room of Undiknas and was part of efforts to strengthen the institutional capacity of both universities.
The benchmarking activity was attended by representatives from Halmahera University as well as the SALUT Unit of Undiknas. The Undiknas SALUT Unit was represented by I Gusti Ngurah Oka Ariwangsa, S.E., M.M., along with his team.
The purpose of the benchmarking was to exchange information, experiences, and best practices in managing student services. Through this activity, both institutions are expected to gain new insights that can be applied to enhance the quality of services and programs oriented toward student development and alumni networking.
During the activity, participants attended discussion sessions and presentations related to programs and strategies for managing student affairs and alumni units at each university. The discussions were interactive, focusing on improving service effectiveness and strengthening the role of these units in supporting academic and non-academic activities.
This benchmarking activity reflects Undiknas’ commitment to fostering collaboration between higher education institutions. Such collaboration is expected to drive institutional quality improvement and strengthen synergy in developing human resources within the higher education environment.
