The program takes place in Building A at the Undiknas Denpasar campus and runs from February 22 to March 9, 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"825\">PKPA is a mandatory training program for those who intend to take the advocate examination and pursue a career in the legal field. This program not only provides theoretical knowledge but also equips participants with practical skills necessary for handling legal cases across various sectors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"943\">The program features a series of expert speakers delivering in-depth materials on several aspects of law, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1350\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1023\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1023\">Commercial Court Procedures by Fredrik Billy, S.H., M.H. from PERADI Denpasar<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1178\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1178\">Criminal Procedure Law by I Made Adi Seraya, S.H., M.H., C.L.A. from PERADI Denpasar and Dr. I Made Wirya Darma, S.H., M.H., CCD, a lecturer at Undiknas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1282\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1282\">Administrative Court Procedures by Lusinda Panjaitan, S.H., M.H., a judge at the Administrative Court<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1350\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1350\">Closing Session by I Wayan Lastikayasa, S.H. from PERADI Denpasar<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1571\">Through these sessions, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of various procedural laws, covering commercial, criminal, and administrative court proceedings, as well as other areas relevant to legal practice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1866\">The PKPA program is expected to prepare professional, high-integrity future advocates with a thorough grasp of legal knowledge.
