Denpasar \u2013 The Research Team of the Undiknas Study Center (Universitas Pendidikan Nasional) in collaboration with the Bali Business & Export Development Organization (BEDO) conducted dissemination at the Social Lab, Smart Solution Hall, Universitas Pendidikan Nasional Campus, Tuesday (6\/12\/2022). The dissemination was related to the completion of research on Mapping Potential Family-Friendly Tourism Objects and Areas on the German Beach, Kuta \u2013 Bali.<\/span><\/p>\n

Head of Undiknas Study Center, Dr. A A A N Tini Rusmini Gorda, SH., MM., MH said, this German beach is unique.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEurope will come here. So, we want this beach to still belong to the community, and also to world-class people. For that I hope not to move to another heart, and stay with Undiknas,” he hoped when opening the dissemination.<\/span><\/p>\n

Head of Research Team I Gusti Ngurah Widya Hadi Saputra, SM., M.SM. said, German Beach offers the natural charm of white sand beaches and sunset views. This beach is ideal for children as well as adults, so it becomes a family tourism destination.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis German coast has its uniqueness. History is named PantaiGermany because, during the construction of Ngurah Rai Airport, Germans lived there. They are engineers to build airports,” he continued.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, the potential of this beach is culture, arts, and family-friendly ecotourism. In addition, it also prepares child-friendly facilities and infrastructure that meet the standards. “This beach has set records for female Muri Kecak, the potential for lobsters, local fishermen accompanying tourists to surf, and panoramic sunsets,” he explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

Appreciation was expressed by the Assistant II for the Economy and Development of the Regional Secretariat of the Badung Regency Government, IB Gede Arjana. He said Undiknas’s study with the team using the Swatch analysis method on family-friendly German beaches was extraordinary.<\/span><\/p>\n

“This study is a potential strength for managers to take opportunities, so they can develop better, and move forward,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

He continued, this study would become a reference in drafting regulations, particularly regarding family-friendly attitudes. “This will be very beneficial for management institutions, HR, and the community, especially MSMEs,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Head of the German Beach Management Agency, Jero Wayan Astika, the manager expressed his gratitude for the Mapping of German Beaches by the Undiknas Study Center and the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

“For convenience, arrangements have been made, such as electrical cables, and gutters that have been repaired, even yesterday’s festival also added value. The German coast has become a cultural beach by routinely holding the women’s Kecak dance,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coca-Cola Euro Pacific Partners Indonesia, Armytanti Hanum Kasmito, said that the German Beach has the potential to become a new tourist destination in Bali. \u201cGerman beaches can be child-friendly beaches. Road access is good, and parents can take their children to play there,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

He added because it is child-friendly, cleanliness, starting from toilets to other facilities and infrastructure, must be built. “This needs collaboration, so Coca-Cola is collaborating with Undiknas and BEDO, about what plan is right for German beaches that are not only for foreign tourists but also domestic tourists,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, from BEDO, Ria Wijaya added, BEDO is basic for MSME assistance and training. From BEDO, he continued, will support both training and mentoring.<\/span><\/p>\n
