Today&#8217;s focus centered on understanding Human Resources (HR) practices in the ASEAN region and gaining deeper insights into Bali\u2019s hospitality industry through a Company Visit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"914\">The day began with a class titled <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"603\">\u201cRecruitment and HR in ASEAN\u201d<\/strong> held at the Social Lab in the Undiknas Building, led by <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"701\">Ni Putu Ari Krismajayanti, S.M., M.M.<\/strong>. The session explored the dynamics of human resource management in Southeast Asia, including recruitment strategies, talent management, and the importance of cultural awareness in multinational work environments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"1280\">Participants learned how companies in ASEAN manage cultural diversity, maintain team productivity, and build adaptive HR systems amidst rapid technological developments and globalization. The discussion also emphasized the vital role of HR in creating inclusive, healthy, and innovative workplaces, especially in service industries such as hospitality and tourism.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1683\">Following the academic session, participants embarked on a <strong data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1358\">Company Visit<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1400\">BluZea Hotel \/ Double Six Seminyak<\/strong>, a renowned five-star hotel known for its exclusive services and stunning Seminyak beach views. During this visit, participants gained firsthand insights into hotel management, covering operational strategies, customer service standards, and HR approaches to managing diverse teams.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"2155\">The hotel\u2019s management team shared valuable insights regarding recruitment processes and staff training in the hospitality industry, as well as the challenges of maintaining high-quality service amidst the fierce competition in Bali&#8217;s tourism sector. Participants also had the opportunity to engage directly with the management team, ask questions about hospitality business management, and learn how the hotel balances quality service with environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2528\">The day concluded with a <strong data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2210\">\u201cTime for Group Project\u201d<\/strong> session, where participants discussed and processed the experiences they had gained throughout the program. This group discussion aimed to prepare them for their final presentation, which would summarize their learning, insights, and propose innovative solutions relevant to the <em data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2510\">Bali Beyond Border<\/em> program\u2019s themes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2772\">The fifth day served as an important session for participants to connect academic theories with real-world practices, particularly in the context of human resource management and the tourism industry that forms the backbone of Bali&#8217;s economy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2774\" data-end=\"3117\">Through this initiative, Undiknas aims not only to enrich participants&#8217; academic knowledge but also to broaden their professional perspectives.
